Four weeks to craft.
Three decades to perfect.

One floor in Indiana. Two generations of Elmores. And one rule: nothing leaves our warehouse we wouldn't put over our own table.

BUILD YOUR PERGOLA

From our floor to your home minus the middleman.

The story isn't that we manufacture in America. The story is what we refused to accept along the way. Our president has been building outdoor structures since the 1990s. We installed someone else's louvered pergolas for five years before we ever drew our own — long enough to learn which decisions buyers regret in year three.

The motors that failed. The powder coats that chalked. The joinery that sang in the wind. The warranty letters that pointed at a manufacturer two continents away.

The Luxury Pergola is what remained after we refused each one. First in writing, then in the build. Designed in Noblesville. Cut, assembled, and quality-photographed on our floor. Shipped direct to your home and backed by the family whose name is on the crate.

Imported pergolas are designed to fit a shipping container. Your Luxury Pergola is designed to fit your ho,e. That is the only difference that matters.

PHASE 01 · Custom Design

Phase 01 Design
01

Custom-designed for your space.

We don't sell standard sizes you have to make work. Every motorized roof is engineered to the half-inch. Our designers walk through your photos, measurements, and architectural constraints, and return drawings that reflect them.

Phase 02 Materials
02

Aluminum, tested before it's trusted.

Each batch of 6065-T6 aluminum is tested for tensile strength and durability. Components that don't meet our specification don't enter the build. The louvers that close flat at year ten were spec'd that way at year zero.

Phase 03 Inspection
03

Quality-checked before a cut is made.

Every component is inspected to spec on intake. Before we make a single cut, we verify it. Components are tagged to your project number and stay tagged through powder coat, assembly, and crating.

Phase 04 Cutting
04

Precision cuts, on state-of-the-art equipment.

We start with raw, American-sourced aluminum and cut to spec on equipment most builders rent. The result is a flush fit at every joint — no on-site adjustments, no shimming, and no surprises in the driveway when the crate opens.

Phase 05 Assembly
05

Hand-assembled by people you can call.

Custom small parts are fitted by experienced craftsmen. Many of whom installed pergolas for customers from the start. The motor, electronics, and louver geometry are verified on the floor before the unit ever sees a box.

Phase 06 Delivery
06

Photographed, crated, & shipped to you direct.

Every finished unit is photographed on the floor before it leaves. The projects ships from Noblesville straight to your home — no middleman, no warehouse layover. Two people, unhurried, can raise it in about eight hours.

Promises only a maker can keep.

Five differences between us and importers that look small on a spec sheet but can affect the entire experience once the truck departs.

From the Factory · Faster

Indiana to your home — no ocean, no port, no surprise.

Imports face unpredictable ocean freight, congested ports, and customs delays. Yours travels from Noblesville to your driveway on a schedule we can quote and keep.

Strength in Every Bolt

Built by skilled American craftspeople, by name.

Each pergola is built by people supporting local families and the future of American manufacturing. It's a purchase that builds value for the property and for the country.

Backed for life.

The team that designed and built it is one phone call away — for as long as the unit stands over a table.

Bespoke, Not Standard

Sized to your home, not a shipping container.

Imports are designed to fit a container. We design to the half-inch, in any colorway, to fit the place it's actually going.

UL
Engineered to Exceed

Real compliance, not a sticker.

From structural aluminum rated to US snow and wind loads to UL-certified electronics, every part meets American code. No questionable foreign certifications.
