After a season.

"A medium-size tree fell and hit the pergola — only the trim to one side of the roof was damaged. Replacements shipped in days. It is good as new."

If what you need is not here, speak with a designer →

01 Can I take this build larger than 24 feet?

Custom widths past 24 ft are built on request with a structural review. A designer will walk the site or the plan with you before engineering is cut.

02 How long from order to delivery?

Four to six weeks from the day your build is signed off. You will be notified when it is time to coordinate delivery. Each pergola goes straight from our plant to your home, no middleman.

03 Can the unit attach to my house?

Yes. For wall mount we recommend using a certified installer or other trained professional to ensure proper attachment. The warranty remains intact through the attachment.

04 What about lights, fans, or audio?

Every beam has a hollow channel making wiring easy. A licensed electrician drops in the fixtures you choose at install time.
