We want to let customers know what to expect when they are shipping with The Luxury Pergola.
From Our Door to Yours
Each Luxury Pergola will ship from our manufacturing plant (direct from manufacturer) to you. There are no middlemen, no cross docks. After we load your pergola, you're the next person to touch it.
Up to 22 Boxes
You may have up to 22 boxes for a single Luxury Pergola. Make sure you have space for them. Check the chart below to see box counts and weight.
Team Lift Required
Each Luxury Pergola has boxes that can be over 20' long and weigh 150 lbs. Make sure you are prepared to team lift these boxes and help get them where they need to go.
