Site Specific Engineering

This service is offered to those who need specific engineering for their pergola. It does require a fee of $1,500 or a deposit of $3,500, which will be applied to the hours of service by our engineer. The fee for the standard build is set, given the project matches our current standard build and standard connections but only needs elevation plans stamped for a particular address.

The deposit of $3,500 covers 10 hours of time of our engineer for any custom build. Engineering is considered custom and required to pay $3,500 as a deposit includes but is not limited to: if they have a connection to a house that requires detailing the wall type, custom connection details, custom fabrication requirements, or any build that doesn't fit into the standard engineering designed for a specific address. 

Any hours under 10 will be refunded back to the card used for this checkout. Hours will be totaled within 60 days of the approval of the pergola by the respective building authority. Once a project reaches 10 hours of time spent, the process will stop and not proceed until another Site Specific Engineering Package For Custom Build is paid for another 10 hours of time. If another deposit is not paid, then the project will not proceed and the deposit paid for the initial hours will not be refundable.
