Site Specific Engineering

This service is offered to those who need specific engineering for their pergola. It does require a deposit of $3,500, which will be applied to the hours of service by our engineer up to 10 hours of time. Any hours under 10 will be refunded back to the card used for this checkout. Hours will be totaled within 60 days of the approval of the pergola by the respective building authority. Once a project reaches 10 hours of time spent, the process will stop until another Site Specific Engineering Package is ordered for the remaining hours needed.
