When connected, Sonos Amp will automatically detect these speakers and optimize the sound. This is only possible because we designed the speakers from the ground up with Sonance.
What type of wire should be used to connect the speakers to Amp?
You should use 16ga or larger wire that is rated for outdoor use.
How many Outdoor Speakers by Sonos and Sonance can be powered by a single amplifier?
A single Sonos Amp can power up to three pairs, or six total. Other amplifiers can power only two pairs, or four total.
Do these speakers support Trueplay with Sonos Amp?
No. Outdoor environments have too many sounds and other factors that do not accommodate Trueplay tuning.
