Our pergolas feature a motorized louvered roof system — dual-wall aluminum louvers that rotate from fully open to fully closed. Unlike fixed roof pergolas, you control exactly how much sun, shade, and airflow you want at any time. When closed, the roof is completely waterproof with integrated hidden drainage.
A solid roof blocks all light and airflow permanently. Our louvered roof gives you the best of both worlds — full sun when you want it, complete coverage when you need it, and any angle in between. You get the rain protection of a solid roof with the flexibility of an open pergola.
Yes. When closed, our louvered roof creates a watertight seal rated for extreme weather — 200+ mph winds and 15,000+ lb snow loads (about 3 feet of snow). Integrated hidden gutters channel water through the posts and out a single drain point. No pooling, no overflow.
Yes. Our pergolas can be wall-mounted (attached to your home) or freestanding. Wall-mount configurations use fewer posts and create a seamless extension of your indoor living space. We provide engineering specifications for both configurations, and PE-stamped drawings are available for permitting.
Every pergola is custom manufactured to your exact dimensions — there are no standard sizes. We cut to the half-inch in length, width, and height. Whether you need a compact 10’ x 12’ patio cover or a large 24’ x 30’ outdoor living room, we engineer it to fit your space precisely.
