Media Release

Customer Photo & Video Submission

I, the undersigned, am submitting photographs and/or video recordings of the pergola at my property to The Luxury Pergola. I grant The Luxury Pergola and its representatives a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit, crop, and display these materials.

I confirm that I created these materials, or otherwise hold the right to grant this license, and that no other person holds rights in them.

I understand and agree that these materials may be used by The Luxury Pergola for advertising, marketing, promotional, social media, website, and other business purposes, and by any photographer, videographer, or other creative professional or company engaged by The Luxury Pergola in connection with these materials, for display in their professional portfolios and self-promotion, in any media now known or later developed, subject in every case to the Privacy & Anonymity Protections below. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials and any right to compensation for their use.

What I Agree to Submit

• No people. I will not submit materials in which I, my family members, guests, or household staff appear. If any person appears incidentally, The Luxury Pergola will fully remove or obscure them before any use.
• My property only. I will submit only materials taken at my own property, showing the pergola and its immediate outdoor setting.

Privacy & Anonymity Protections

The Luxury Pergola agrees that, in all materials used or published under this release:

• No identity details. My name, likeness, voice, and any other personal information will not be used, published, or referenced in any materials, captions, testimonials, tags, or related communications.
• No location details. My address, street, neighborhood, city, and any other information identifying the location of my property will not be disclosed. Materials will not be geotagged, and location metadata will be removed from all files before use.
• No identifying property features. While the rear exterior of my home may appear given the pergola's location, materials will not show the street-facing exterior of my home, house numbers, mailboxes, gates, signage, vehicles, license plates, neighboring properties, or interior views of my home, and will avoid any distinctive feature that would allow the property to be identified. Any material that cannot be used within these limits will be cropped or set aside rather than published.
• Binding on others. The Luxury Pergola will ensure its representatives, photographers, videographers, contractors, and marketing partners comply with these protections.
• Prompt correction. If any published material is found to contain an identifying detail described above, The Luxury Pergola will promptly remove or edit that material upon notice.

I release The Luxury Pergola, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of the use of these materials consistent with this release, including any claim for invasion of privacy, defamation, or royalties. This release does not waive claims arising from a breach of the Privacy & Anonymity Protections above.

I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age and have the authority to grant this release, including for any property shown.
